Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
We specialize in irrigation and landscape lighting installation, maintenance, and repair. Service details and pricing are provided in your estimate or contract.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Late payments may incur fees.
3. Warranty
We stand behind our work with a 3 year workmanship and materials warranty on all installations and services. This covers defects in materials or workmanship. If an issue arises within that period, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or external factors like weather events, etc.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
We are licensed, bonded & insured and take care to perform all work safely and to code. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues amicably. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of Arizona.
